How to Add a "Subscribe to My Newsletter" Link to Your Website

The Custom-Branded Newsletter that BEI sends out twice a month for our Members is a powerful, passive marketing tool. Inviting and encouraging visitors to visit your website and subscribe to your Exit Planning Newsletter is a fantastic way to expand your brand. It's simple, easy to do, and will pay handsome dividends.

Follow these steps:

1. From the BEI Member Center Home Page, click My Newsletter in the Marketing box.

2. On the My Newsletter landing page, click on the name of the Newsletter. (Don’t confuse the Newsletter Name with the Author. You want the Name.)

3. On the Dashboard landing page, below the four icons, you will find a Subscribe Link titled: Subscribe link for your Website.

4. Highlight and copy this link to your clipboard.

5. Navigate to your Website Home Page and to the Articles and Resources section of your Website where your visitors can access past issues of the branded Newsletter. Create a Text Link and post this link on your Website with instructions to a visitor to “Click here to get your own subscription to my informative Exit Planning Newsletter and have the issues delivered directly to your email inbox!”

6. The visitor will be sent to a subscription page where he/she can enter their name and email address and subscribe. (You may preview this page by clicking the Preview box immediately to the right of the Subscribe Link on the Newsletter Dashboard page with the four icons.)

7. The visitors name and email address are now automatically added to your Subscriber List.

8. Insert this link onto your Home Page and your Newsletter Archive section on your Website and encourage visitors to subscribe to receive future issues.
