For BEI Certified Exit Planners - CExP™
The CExP Renewal and Reporting Period Begins on December 1st of every year.
Annual Registration Renewal Fee
ALL CExP designation holders must renew their designation by paying an annual renewal fee of $200 EVERY YEAR. The renewal fee is due by January 31 every year.
NOTE: If you have received your designation in the current year, the renewal fee will be waved. You will be responsible for paying the renewal fee starting the following December.
Renewals between February 1st and March 31st will be assessed an additional $50 late fee. If you have not renewed your credential by March 31, it will be suspended.
Continuing Education
- Attendance at the BEI Annual Exit Planning Conference (15 Hours of CE Credit per year if entire conference is attended).
- Training videos on the BEI Member Center (Must have an associate-level membership or higher) .
- Associate Members receive 1 credit per month of membership. Reach out to membership@exitplanning.com for more information.
- Up to fifteen (15) hours of credit may be obtained from other Continuing Education providers if the material relates to Exit Planning and would be accepted for CE credit by the governing body for your core professional practice.
Continuing Education credits should only be submitted and will only be accepted through our online form to the CExP™ Board of Standards Team for approval. A link to this form is sent out each year in December. Reporting is only accepted starting on December 1st and will not be accepted beforehand.
Please retail copies of all reported material to or from the CExP™ Board of Standards.
Note: BEI Does not track CE on behalf of CExP™ designation holders. It is your responsibility to keep records and submit all CE (From BEI programs & Other CE providers) during your reporting period.
